photographs dealing with the flood that followed Hurricane Floyd, in eastern
North Carolina. This was the worst natural disaster to hit eastern
NC in its history; many people are still without homes, jobs, etc.
Farmers, the poor, and those who ran their own small businesses but lost
them were especially hard-hit.
